Clayton offers Fired Steam Generators and Fluid Heaters in 18 sizes ranging from 15 to 2000 hp and up to 69,000 pounds of steam per hour.

These controlled-flow water tube boilers units are built to appropriate national and local standards, using high quality materials and workmanship.

CLAYTON Steam Generators are designed to burn natural gas, propane, light oil and heavy oil, as well as a combination of these fuels and these steam generators are available with steam design pressures up to 3000 psig.

Two product lines of industrial steam generators are offered. One line covers from 15 to 200 BHP (150 to 1,962 kW) or 518 to 6,900 pounds per hour (235 to 3,130 kg/hr). The other covers 150 to 2000 BHP (1,472 to 20,000 kW) or 5,175 to 69,000 pounds per hour (2,347 to 37,300 kg/hr).

Clayton Steam Generators also offer a unfired line of Waste Heat and Exhaust Gas Steam Generators in a wide variety of configurations and sizes. This product line features many of the same benefits as our fired Steam Generator units and can also be used in combination with fired Steam Generators.
